Help lives inside the app.
This site explains where to look. It does not send a message and does not open a mailbox.
Settings
Open your profile, then Settings. That page shows the storage footprint, how many photos and pages are saved, and whether Camera, Photo Library, and Microphone are allowed, off, or not yet asked.
If a permission is off, use Open Settings on that page. iPhone Settings is where the system switch lives. Jyrog does not ask again until you tap the matching control, such as Take Photo.
Entry Credits
Sealing a new page uses one Entry Credit after you confirm. Editing a page that is already sealed does not use another credit. The balance is on the profile wallet and in the transaction ledger.
A new installation, and a journal after Clear All Data, starts with 5 Entry Credits. Purchased credits stay on this device and are not restored.
A missing photo or a quiet reminder
If a page says its photo file is missing, the writing is still in the journal. The picture is not treated as a finished plate until the file is there.
The daily note is at 5:00 PM and is turned on from the profile. A volume reminder is on that volume’s page, after the calendar and the pages. Custom interval and time for one volume use one Entry Credit.
Clear All Data
Clear All Data is at the bottom of Settings. It asks twice. It removes volumes, pages, photos, drafts, and remaining credits from this installation, then starts again with 5 Entry Credits.
